Cannot run in Group Enabled Mode due to option not chosen at startup.
Cause:
The user chose the 'No, Work Alone' option when starting Schedule+.
Solution:
Click 'Yes, Work in group-enabled' mode radio button on the 'Group Enabling' dialog box when starting Schedule+.
